?? When to plant?
??? March to April , as soon as the soil reaches 8-10C and there is no longer any risk of frost.

?? Open ground method
1?? Prepare the soil by loosening it and incorporating compost or well-rotted manure.

3?? Space each plant 30 cm apart , in rows spaced 70 cm apart.
4?? Cover with soil and water lightly.

1?? Choose a large container (40 cm minimum depth).
2?? Plant the tubers in 15 cm of potting soil, then cover.
3?? Add soil gradually as growth progresses.

?? Tip : Well-drained soil and crop rotation prevent diseases like mildew and scab.

?? Harvesting and storage

?? Harvest : 100 to 120 days after planting , when the foliage begins to yellow and dry out.
?? Let the potatoes dry for a few hours on the ground before storing them.
